When it comes to health, many women are great at caring for others but often put themselves last.
Jean Hailes for Women’s Health will be helping women to put their own health first during the 2018 Women’s Health Week, 3-7 September.
The Western NSW Local Health District’s (WNSWLHD) Women’s Health Service is celebrating Women’s Health Week, by hosting a Women’s Health Expo, in conjunction with Gulgong MPS, at the Gulgong CWA Hall.
WNSWLHD Women’s Health Nurse, Annie Wall, is inviting women to join her to take the time to make their own health a priority.
The CWA hall will be full of stall holders, all focused on the wellbeing of Women.
Stalls attending include massage, aromatherapy, gut health, exercise as well as info tables on breast screen, heart health and cervical screening.
There will be a power point presentation on the new Cervical Screening Test, pamphlets and information on contraception, menopause and sexual health, plus health professionals will be there to answer any questions.
The event is free to attend and nibbles will be provided.
