Our Clinical Services Framework

The Clinical Services Framework (CSF) provides direction and priorities for our key clinical services for the next five years. It recognises that our clinical services must evolve to meet a changing service environment, developments in models of care, technology and research, and emerging healthcare needs of our people.  The CSF is intended to guide service planning, design and delivery into the future.

The CSF outlines six priorities for clinical service development and future directions for each core clinical service.

Together with the WNSWLHD Strategic Plan 2020-2025, the CSF is a key guiding document for our District.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was launched on 14th September 2017 by Professor Tom Calma, Co-Chair Reconciliation Australia and our Chief Executive, Scott Mclachlan. The launch took place during the 2017 Aboriginal Health Forum, which was attended by more than 100 members of our workforce.

The RAP is about what our organisation can do to contribute to reconciliation in Australia. It will help us develop a more culturally safe and tolerant workplace that will contribute to improving service delivery to Aboriginal peoples, their families and communities.
