The Baradine Multipurpose Service (MPS) has 18 beds providing acute, ED, nursing home, hostel and respite services for the community. We have a full time General Practitioner who services the MPS and a wide range of visiting services available.

Baradine, the gateway to the Pilliga Scrub, is a small, pleasant town located in the Goorianawa Valley. The town is just 45 km north-north-west of Coonabarabran, 490 km north-west of Sydney and a 2 hour drive North-North West of Dubbo.
Baradine township has a variety of shops including a supermarket, cafe, chemist, supermarket, hairdresser, post office and rural supplies shop. There is also an Aboriginal Lands Council, Rural Transaction Centre, town Bowling Club and two hotels. The schools at Baradine are great and you will find a variety of sporting activities available, plus a welcoming and friendly community to all.
